The Conewago Township Planning Commission held their monthly meeting on Monday, October 28, 2002. Those present were:

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Whitmeyer at 7:35 P.M.
The Agenda items were reviewed. No additions.
MINUTES - September 30, 2002 - A motion by Grubb second by Czuday to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried.
HERTZLER/MT. CALVARY CHURCH - 676 HERTZLER ROAD - Ag Zoning Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan
This plan is a 99.4 acre parcel which is being subdivided into 2 parcels. Lot #1 will have 71.6 acres and will remain in Agricultural use and Lot #2 will have approximately 27.8 acres and will be used for future recreation use for Mt. Calvary Church. No development will take place on either parcel at this time.

#1. Section 403.1 Preliminary Plan Submission
#2. Section 407.1.A.(14) Contours
#3. Section 407.1.A.(17) Erosion and sedimentation control
#4. Section 407.1.A.(20)(i) Stormwater management plan
#5. Section 405.11 Providing physical features for remainder of Lot #1 (building already shown on plan)
A motion by Whitmeyer second by Rozanski to recommend the above waiver request with the exception of #2. (we feel that they need to show the USGS contours) Motion carried.
Subdivision Plan - A motion by Whitmeyer second by Czuday to recommend approval of the plan subject to the comments of the Township Engineer dated October 28, 2002 and subject to the comments of Tri-County Regional Planning Commission dated 10/22/02. Motion carried.
MANLEY & EVELYN LAYMAN - Updated Subdivision Plan -
A motion by Whitmeyer second by Kuntz, because of unusual circumstances, we need the supervisors input and to direct the solicitor to instruct the applicant how to proceed with the revised subdivision and attach an agreement with the lot line correction or whatever other acceptable arrangement can be made. The Solicitor will look into this. Motion carried.
A motion to adjourn by Coble second by Rozanski to adjourn at 9:10 P.M. Motion carried.
